What Happens After I Purchase The Full Service Apply To Jobs (FSA) Service?

What Happens After I Purchase The Full Service Apply To Jobs (FSA) Service?

Within 24 hours of your purchase, you will receive an email with a form where you can submit your current resume and tell us about the industry you are interested in. If you purchased a services bundle with FSA (formerly known as the AutoApply service), your FSA service will commence within 5 business days after you complete the Resume Revision stage and confirm your job search criteria. This is to ensure your most up to date resume is used for the application. However, if you purchased FSA as a single service, we will begin the search for relevant jobs within 5 business days of you confirming your job search criterias.

1. Before Your Full Service Apply to Jobs (FSA) Service Begins

As we gear up to initiate your FSA service, we kindly request that you verify all details and job preferences to ensure the applications are tailored to your needs. Please note that we only search for jobs based on the Years of Experience, Job Title (at least 3 job titles required), Location (at least 3 locations required) and US H1B visa (If necessary).

We prioritize your work experience, job preferences, and location when matching you with job opportunities. As such, we cannot guarantee that all positions in our listings will meet your salary expectations, as our primary focus is on aligning with the three key factors mentioned. Please note that salary is not included as a filter in our job matching process. If there are any companies or roles you’d like us to exclude, do communicate this with your service provider prior to the job search process.

Once these details are confirmed, your designated FSA service provider will reach out to commence the search for suitable positions aligned with your profile. It's important to note that all communication throughout this service will be conducted exclusively via email. Please be aware that this specific service doesn't involve consultation sessions. However, we encourage you to pose any queries you may have via email throughout the service, and we'll be glad to assist.

2. During Your Full Service Apply To Jobs (FSA) Service

Your Sample List of Job Roles
Once you’ve confirmed the information you have provided in your form, your FSA service provider will search for an initial sample list of approximately 3 matching job roles within 5-10 business days and add them to your Wonsulting booklet. The job listings collected will be from various job boards, websites and companies. You have 2 business days to review this list. We encourage you to carefully examine the job descriptions to ensure the roles are a good fit. During these 2 days, you may request replacements for any job listings you wish to change. It's important that you review the sample list of jobs as your FSA assistant will automatically apply to jobs similar to ones you’ve approved in the sample job list. The following jobs sourced after you approve the sample job list will not require your approval prior to job application submission unless further information is required. If the initial job samples do not align with your agreed job title, years of experience, or location preferences, a new sample list will be provided, before we start applying for jobs on your behalf.

Your Job Search Begins
Once you’ve approved the sample list of job roles, we will continue the process of applying to jobs on your behalf until you eventually land an interview. Each week, we will apply to at least 1 job posting that matches your experience and desired locations. We may include roles that require up to 2 years of additional work experience beyond your current level. Your dedicated service provider will assess whether these positions are a suitable fit for your qualifications (e.g., if you have 2 years of work experience, we may present job opportunities that request up to 3-4 years of experience.)

If we encounter difficulties finding enough relevant jobs, we will reach out to request additional information from you (e.g., alternative job titles, industries, or locations) to broaden the search.

Before we apply to jobs on your behalf, our FSA Lead will conduct a thorough Quality Assurance (QA) review to ensure that the roles we've identified closely match your experience and preferences. Your approval for job applications will not be necessary. If you indicated that you require H1B visa sponsorship during your form submission, we ensure companies on your job list have a history of sponsoring visas by verifying this information through reputable sources such as https://h1bdata.info/. While this does not guarantee that the position will offer visa sponsorship, it significantly increases the likelihood compared to other job postings.

Throughout the FSA process, you'll have full access to review the jobs we've applied to on your behalf through your Wonsulting booklet.

All these job applications will be carried out with a new email address which our team creates for you on an Outlook email. In your inbox, you will see a list of confirmation emails from various companies that state that your applications have been received. We will handover your login details (Email and Password) to an Outlook email where you can input your details here. Please be sure to avoid changing the password as our team will use this to check in on your job search progress.

FSA Service Completion Criteria:

The FSA service is considered complete if you receive an interview invite from a hiring manager (excluding recorded interviews like Hirevue) directly from the FSA service or if 15 weeks has lapsed since you have started the FSA service. Hence, we will login to your Outlook account to monitor this.

120-Day Services Guarantee Program:

For clients in the 120-day services guarantee program, Day 1 of the 120-day period begins upon receiving an interview invitation through the FSA service.

Applications from our team may be submitted through trusted job boards such as Greenhouse or Lever, etc. While we strive to ensure a seamless application experience, please note that we cannot guarantee all applications will be submitted directly through company websites. Using these job boards helps expedite the application process and provides access to a broader range of job opportunities, all while maintaining the efficiency and quality of our service.

Best Practices During Your FSA Service
First - You should make sure to check your Outlook inbox on a regular basis. We recommend checking your inbox every 2-3 days to make sure you never miss any updates on your applications. Keep in mind that the companies will be contacting you in case they require you to complete any assessments or interviews. Second - From the list of applications given, make sure you keep note of all the job descriptions neatly in the sheet. You also want to proactively reach out to people working in companies you’ve applied to in order to increase the chances of you getting called for the next stage of your application. Remember, networking is the best way for you to stand out in your applications and also your opportunity to shine.

Lastly - When you do get called for interviews, do practice in advance. You should be prepared to share your proudest success stories, areas for improvement, your strengths. As soon as you find out you’ve landed an interview, do let your career coach know so they can schedule the next part of your service - the mock interviews

Please note:
  1. For FSA purchases: You do not speak with a Wonsulting specialist over a call during this service. We apply to jobs based on what is in the form so please make sure all details are accurate before FSA begins as this will be what your service provider uses to search and apply for jobs for you. For any concerns, please contact our CX team at happy@wonsulting.com!
  2. To maintain confidentiality and reduce your wait time, we will not apply to jobs that ask for extended additional information (e.g. “Tell us in 500 words why you want to work here.”)
  3. We do not offer searching for jobs which provide visas other than H1B visa jobs in the US. If you require a visa, you may be asked to choose an alternate location which you are allowed to work in without one or given an alternate service.
  4. Our services are limited to applying to job postings in English. If you are applying to a country that does not use English as a primary language (ie. France, Germany, etc), there may be limited job postings. As a result, you may be asked to choose an alternate location or asked to pick an alternate service. ons.

By purchasing you automatically agree to these stipulations and understand refunds will not be given under any circumstance as the work performed has already been complete.
