If we find it challenging to identify a sufficient number of relevant roles, we will proactively reach out to you. In these cases, we may request additional information—such as alternative job titles, industries, or locations—to help broaden the search and maximize your opportunities.
120-Day Ultimate Bundle Service Guarantee:
For clients in the 120-day services guarantee program, Day 1 of the 120-day period begins upon receiving an interview invitation through the FSA service.
If you purchased FSA (formerly known as the AutoApply service) as part of our Ultimate Bundle, we are committed to applying for roles on your behalf until you secure your first interview through our FSA service.
Interview Guarantee: If you do not land an interview through the FSA service after 15 weeks of confirming your FSA job search criteria , you have the option to accept a full refund of the FSA service portion of your bundle. Accepting this refund means you will no longer be eligible for future refunds under the Ultimate Bundle 120 Day Service Guarantee; however, you will retain full access to all other community benefits, including Group Support Calls and our Discord channels. Should you choose to do so, our team will continue to apply to jobs until you eventually land an interview through the FSA service if you decide you would still like to proceed with our Ultimate Bundle 120 Day Service Guarantee program.
Individual Service or Other Bundles (Service Starter / Land the Job):
If you do not secure an interview through FSA after 15 weeks from confirming your FSA job search criteria, you are eligible for a 15% refund of the FSA service fee.
If your service was based on a fixed criteria (minimum of 25 job applications):
In the event we are unable to fulfill the 25-job application requirement within one month of your service start date, you are eligible for a partial refund and one free month of WonsultingAI.
The partial refund amount will be calculated proportionally based on the number of applications remaining from the original 25-job commitment.
