When you complete your intake form, you will be asked to provide your specific job search preferences, including target job titles, preferred locations, years of experience, and H1B visa sponsorship requirements. Our team is committed to applying to a minimum of 25 jobs on your behalf based on these criteria.
Can I update my preferences? Yes! If your service is currently in progress, you may reach out to your FSA Assistant to provide updated preferences (such as excluding specific companies).
Important Note: These updates will be applied to all future applications. We are unable to modify or retract applications that have already been submitted on your behalf.
Under our previous service model, clients selected one of three search tracks: 25 industry-specific roles, 25 H1B visa-sponsored roles, or 50 non-industry-specific/non-H1B roles.
Requesting Changes: Once your form has been submitted and our team has begun working on your request, we cannot guarantee that changes to your selected track can be made. However, we always want to support you—please email us at happy@wonsulting.com, and we will check the current status of your request to see if an adjustment is possible.
Post-Job List Policy: Once you have received your curated job list, no further changes can be made to the filters or search criteria. This includes retroactively applying industry-specific filters, adjusting search parameters, or excluding specific companies from that batch.
