If you are selected for an audit, you must provide the requested proof within 7 calendar days. Failure to provide timely or sufficient proof will result in disqualification from the Interview Guarantee.

No. All refund requests are subject to a final review and approval by Wonsulting’s Customer Experience Team. We will audit your account and documentation to ensure you have met all the requirements in good faith.
What if I'm part of the WonsultingAI Interview Guarantee program and I get an interview but it's a role I'm no longer interested in?
All interview invitations are counted towards the WonsultingAI interview guarantee which is aimed at getting you in front of a hiring manager. If you land any interview during this 60 day time period, you will not be eligible for a refund.
