Which Tier Do I Qualify For?
The service tiers are based on your total years of experience in the workforce. We have tiers ranging from <1 year experience, 1-7 years experience and 7+ years experience.
We define Years of Experience as the time you have been working in full-time roles.
Examples:
- I am currently in graduate school but I worked for X number of years previously. What counts as experience?
Since we consider your total years of working experience, you will have to take into account the time you’ve worked prior to graduate school as well.
E.g.: 8 years full time as an Account Manager, currently in Graduate school = 8 years total experience. Hence this would be Professional.
- I am currently pursuing a different industry than my current one. Is the experience I accumulated counted or would I be considered a <1 year experience client since I have no experience in the new field?
Since we consider your total years of working experience, you will have to take into account the time you’ve worked prior to pursuing a new industry.
E.g.: 5 years full time in Engineering, 0 years in finance but pursuing this field = 5 years total experience. Hence this would be 1-7 years experience.
