When Is My Service Provider (SP) Going To Call Me?
All of your calls with your career coach are scheduled in advance, so you will never be called unexpectedly.
Once your services have been initiated, your Service Provider will reach out to you via email to coordinate your first 1:1 session, which will be held on Google Meet. If you have already received a Zcal or Calendly scheduling link, you can simply pick the time that works best for you!
We understand that sometimes schedules can be tricky. If none of the available times work for you, please let our team know!
