  • Different Personas: Choose from our selection of personas, each with a unique set of questions. The persona selected determines the type of interview:

    • Recruiter: Primary focus on behavioral questions.

    • Hiring Manager: A blend of behavioral and technical questions.

    • Director/C-suite: Combination of high-level behavioral and technical questions, typically more challenging and detailed.

  • Different Personalities: Practice your skills with interviewers of different personality styles. We offer three options: 

    • Forgiving: Warm, enthusiastic, and supportive.  

    • Neutral: Direct and straightforward, with minimal pleasantries.  

    • Strict: Uncompromising, focused on the essentials, and challenging in responses. 

  • Randomized Option: Create dynamic interview experience where InterviewAI randomizes both the persona and personality of your interviewer.

  • Mimicking Real Interviews: You will pass or fail interviews based on your performance, with an 80% pass threshold. Upon completion, you’ll receive realistic feedback on InterviewAI.
