What Happens If I Don’t Show Up To The First Scheduled Consultation
If you are scheduled to have a consultation, our consultants will wait for you for a maximum of 10 minutes before they hop off the call. If you don’t show up, an initial email will be sent to you to reschedule your consultation. If you do not respond within 2 business days, your services will be put on pause. You will have 3 months to reach out to our Customer Experience team ( happy@wonsulting.com ) to reactivate your services before your services are marked as completed.
