What Happens If I Do Not Respond To My Service Provider?
If the client is unresponsive and has not yet begun using our services, the services will be paused for a period of 3 months.
If the client does not respond or make contact during this time, the services will expire.
If the client is already in the middle of using our services and becomes unresponsive, the services will be paused for a period of 1 month.
If the client does not respond or make contact during this time, the services will expire.
This policy is in place to ensure that our resources are being used efficiently and effectively, and to prevent any unnecessary delays or disruptions in the delivery of our services. We encourage clients to communicate with us in a timely manner to avoid any potential pauses or expiration of their services.
