What Happens If I Do Not Respond To My Introductory Email

When you first sign up for your services, your service provider will be reaching out with their first introductory email within 10 days of you submitting your services form. If you do not respond to this email within 2 business days, we will send you a final follow up email. If you do not respond to the follow up email within 2 business days, your services will be put on pause. You will have 3 months to reach out to our Customer Experience team ( happy@wonsulting.com ) to reactivate your services before your services are marked as completed.
