What Happens If I Do Not Fill In The Form / Do Not Respond To Emails After Signing Up For Services?

Our services are a collaborative effort between our clients and service providers. As we require your information to start your service, if you do not fill the form or respond to emails from our team within 2 weeks, you will be placed in an inactive queue. You can then reach out to our Customer Experience team at hello@wonsulting.com anytime within 3 months of your purchase to proceed with the service before your service is marked as completed and unable to be done in the future. No refunds are offered for services that expired in this way. If you would like to reactivate a service that has expired, you will be charged a reactivation fee that amounts to 20% of the service cost.
