Our business hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST. We observe major U.S. national holidays. We aim to respond to your initial email within 5 business days, but it's often much faster! For ongoing support inquiries, investigations might require more time to ensure a thorough response.
