You can request to pause your service to be used another time (within 3 months). You can also transfer the service to a friend to be used (within 3 months)


Please note that an unused service means that you have not previously consulted with a service provider and you have also not received any material from the service provider. Else, the service would have been considered initiated and refunds cannot be issued.
