How To Download Your Resume In Word Format On ResumAI

We understand how important it is to have your resume in the right format for job applications. While ResumAI currently only allows downloads in PDF format, you can still convert your resume into a Word document with just a few simple steps.

How to Convert Your Resume to Word

Option 1: Copy & Paste into Word or Google Docs

  1. Open your downloaded PDF resume.

  2. Select all the text (Ctrl + A on Windows or Cmd + A on Mac).

  3. Copy the content (Ctrl + C or Cmd + C).

  4. Open Microsoft Word or Google Docs and paste the content (Ctrl + V or Cmd + V).

  5. Adjust formatting if needed.

Option 2: Use Our Resume Template

To make editing easier, we’ve provided a resume template in Word format. You can copy your resume details into this template and make any necessary changes.
