Shortly after purchasing our services, you may receive a call from our Wonsulting Customer Service team. This is a quick introductory call to welcome you and explain the exciting next steps. If you happen to miss the call, don’t worry at all! We will leave you a voicemail and also send you an email with a link to easily schedule this introductory session at your convenience.
Once you have completed your services onboarding form, all future calls with your career coach (if any consultation calls are included in your service) will be scheduled in advance. You'll always receive an email first with a booking link or a calendar invitation, so you'll never get an unexpected call. These valuable sessions will be conducted through Google Meets.
We understand that things come up! If you ever need to reschedule a call, please provide at least 48 hours' notice to both your service provider and to us at happy@wonsulting.com. This helps us ensure that we can find a new time that works best for everyone.
