I Issued A Chargeback. What happens to My Services?

Before you decide to issue a chargeback, we highly recommend you discuss any issues with our team through happy@wonsulting.com so we can resolve your concerns.


In the event that you do issue a chargeback with your bank, all your current services will be put on pause until the outcome of the chargeback is determined which may take up to 8 weeks. All access to documents previously shared with you will temporarily be rescinded until the outcome is reached. If you are still interested in working with us, you may let your bank know to cancel your chargeback and your services will recommence after this is finalized. If you have been refunded by your bank, please note that all your remaining services will be canceled and your access to documents with Wonsulting will be restricted.


On the other hand, if the finalized outcome is that your chargeback was unsuccessful, our team will write an email to you. You will be given 48 hours to let us know if you would like to proceed with the services. If you agree, you will be requested to fill this form again to ensure the information we have on you is updated. Alternatively, if you do not wish to proceed, you can opt gift the service to a friend. You will need to provide their name, email address and request for them to fill the form for us to proceed with a transfer.


Please note that if we do not hear back from you in 48 hours, your services will automatically be put on pause for 1 month. You will then need to reach out to happy@wonsulting.com within the month to reactivate your services before it is marked as closed.
